Mosaic Monday - Don't forget to feed the birdies

After several hail storms this morning we had a flurry of snow. The blackbirds in the garden were sheltering under a bush and looking skyward, probably wondering what on earth that white stuff was in Cornwall!

I gave the birds some extra food today and put it under the garden chair so they could get some shelter and tuck in at the same time!

Brrrrr! Snow in St Ives, amazing! I am delighted to have found your blog (through Judy Scott, I think. I have put you on my bloglist so I don't lose you. My husband and I love St Ives and come down every year either in the Spring or early Autumn for 2 weeks. (It will be Autumn this year). We have a dream of moving to Cornwall and seeing your blog makes me want that even more. My roots are cornish as my nan came from Cambourne so it must be in my blood! :o) I'm hoping to do one of Sally's sketchbook workshops in the autumn. You've reminded me that I must get in touch with her.

I'll look forward to following your blogging journey. You have a beautiful home btw and I love your watercolours,

Hi Julie, thanks for your lovely message and it's nice to meet you through "blog land". Sounds like we have a lot in common and I see you have several lovely blogs for me to check out!! That will keep me busy! I am currently posting older work on my "other" blog but when I've finished I would love to find out more about your challenge groups as well. I will add you to my list and come back soon, I have to get tea on now. BFN, Carolyn
