Yes - a new month, a new season, a new attitude! Happy Autumn "Red!"XO
happy october; don't you love that sense of new energy. new resolutions. turning over a new leaf. that all comes from having spent so many years going back to school .......
The most beautiful day here on the first day of the month. Time indeed to be grateful..........
Yes! ...a new beginning for me too....not quite in the way I'd thought, but there you go, life will insist on throwing things at you!Started a new Diary/Ideas book today, just for the new purpose - which, no matter what, has to be POSITIVE.I'm still thinking Red, but also Orange, Sunshine Yellow, Rich earth colours too....Carpe Diem
autumn is such a nice season. i love the changing of the colors, so beautiful, feeling cozy inside, knitting or sewing by the fire, making vegetable ketchup, pickled beets and baking apple pie.It is also the perfect time to start new craft projects. it is wonderful to spend hours in the studio, creating and feeling content.don't forget my giveaway, maybe you can win that little pumpkin you like so much .have a lovely day Carolynmonique
Enjoy October with all its heart-warming autumnal colours xx
i certainly need to keep in mind the "be thankful" part of this post~!~having a hard time keeping my head up just lately.thank you for the gentle reminder.:)libbyQ

I loved October in Cornwall, even the air takes on a different smell, if you know what I mean, here we are having a very warm and windy spring:)
It is a very nice time.....before everything....!!(winter, Chrismas, new year, spring and summer)
Oh I seem to have found several other Cornish bloggers that I didn't know of before. I'm in south Cornwall, near Falmouth. Off for a look round your blog x
Really like your calendar page for October, Carolyn and the philosophy - hoping some of that energy rubs off on me! Bye for now. Lesley
Yes Carolyn, I really like this month, maybe beacause I have birtday in october;-) I wish you a nice wekeend!Gunnel
What a great sentiment - I'll keep it in mind over the next month or so. There's celebration and sadness waiting for me this month, my aim is to end the month positive, not negative. Beautiful photos.
What a lively place you have here. I was just drawn to your sentiments about gratitude. I'm a firm believer and for some reason, this time of year just calls out for more of it.Love your calendar page. Cheers!Jen
