November

I hope November will bring fruitful walks, cosiness in the Cottage, preparations for Christmas and time to work in my sketchbook

Hi Pretty! I hope you have lots and lots of time to dabble in your sketch book, reflect on the manifestations of your talents and learn new things! November is a funny month - I'm going to try to figure out a way to make it a little more zippy.

seeing this image makes me feel cosier already~!!~
beautiful colors and sweet somethings from our wonderful world~!!~ i bet you could do a fabulous calendar~!~
i rather like that November is a bit quieter: the holidays aren't too full blown yet, the gardening is finished for the season, it's all about rest and simplicity . . . taking moments to feel grateful for all that we are and have . . .
i'm wishing you peace and contentment as you go about your daily art.

That leaf gave me an idea! Autumn is my favorite time of the year, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and the colors of Autumn/Fall are my favorites, too. I am off to create before I forget my idea! Thank you, Carolyn!

What a gorgeous leaf you have there. I love collecting autumn leaves and pressing them. I love your collage birdie in a previous post too. So pretty. I like November - it is my birth month lol.
