December

I thought my star photo would make a pretty calendar for December

I hope this December will be calmer than in previous years. I hope that my time writing cards and making gifts can be savoured and enjoyed

In December I wish you inner peace
Let's all try to go slower and savour the moment ...

Carolyn ♥

Thank you for sharing that. I would love to echo your thoughts for December. There is far too much rushing in the crowds so lets slow it all down this year. Happy December to you too. A x

I agree, Carolyn! Let's go sloooooow. The kids at school don't seem to have a lot of vision for the holiday season. Maybe they've felt too much disappointment in the past. Sad, huh? I'm going to buy sketch books for my little support class today. We're going to art it up!
I guess what I can do with ten students will have to do for this happy, festive, holy season!
Wishing you sweet moments of surging creativity! (BIG HUG!)

You are quite right, we should savour every moment in the run up to Christmas. It is so special and its so easy to let it rush past. Have a wonderful Christmas season!

That's a beautiful photo and it would make a lovely embroidery pattern, too. Thanks for the wishes you sent us all. At the moment I'm ahead of things, so I'm looking forward to having the opportunity to 'savour the moment'. xx

I'm so glad to see the back of November - for me its the "going nowhere" month. Ive had nearly all my Chrstmas shopping done (since last January sales!!) and I have promised myself a calm, eat, drink and be merry kind of December - so count me in. Ive also got loads of time off work at the end of the month - so all is groovy!!!

Quite right Carolyn - I do hope I can follow this and hope all is well with you. I have been enjoying my parcel IMMENSELY - I keep taking the lovely things out, putting them back in, taking them out again.......

What nice wishes for all your readers, as well!

I would add, for myself, that I also wish to forgive myself when things get crazy and self-correct without a whole lot of hoopla.

I enjoy visiting your blog and it has inspired me to be more imaginative and creative which I want to thank you for. Sorry if that sounds ingratiating! I think it's something to do with the way you are inspired by the sea which strikes a chord. I tagged you in my most recent blog post so if that appeals to you do call and collect.
